Exhibits and Advertising
Each year, the Living the Catholic Faith conference offers a large space for exhibitors at the Colorado Convention Center and opportunity to place advertisements in the conference program booklet.
As an on-site exhibitor, the conference provides a unique opportunity to display your organization's resources and services to participants from the archdiocese and beyond, many who have connections with larger parish & community ministry & service groups.
The exhibit hall is open on Fri and Sat throughout the conference. Estimated attendance is approximately 2,500 on Friday and 2,000 on Saturday. Saturday's Conference includes special tracks for youth and for Spanish-language speakers.
Friday's attendance includes parish clergy, professional staff, and ministry leaders (DREs, Youth Ministers, Directors of Liturgy, etc.) as well as catechists, RCIA & faith formation teams, students from the archdiocese's biblical and catechetical schools, and teachers and administrative staff from the entire Catholic School system (1000 teachers). Saturday brings participation from parishioners from archdiocesan parishes, as well as parish volunteers and catechists (including a large Spanish-speaking population), home-schoolers, and youth attending the special track for youth & young adults. Both Friday and Saturday are open to the general public.
Exhibit booth dimensions are 8' x 10' and come with one 8' skirted display table, 2 chairs, and an exhibit booth identification sign.
